The event attracted great engagement and offered both new knowledge, fruitful conversations and many new contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program was initiated at&nbsp;<strong>Electric Drive Technology EDT AB<\/strong>&nbsp;in Kung\u00e4lv, where the participants were able to see the company&#039;s new premises and enjoy a shared lunch. During the afternoon, several interesting presentations were held from suppliers and stakeholders, and the fair was filled with conversations about everything from technology to the electric machines of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evening ended with a joint dinner at&nbsp;<strong>Restaurant Bistro<\/strong>&nbsp;in Karlatornet \u2013 where the classic shrimp sandwich was of course on the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next day the program continued with&nbsp;<strong>ELR&#039;s autumn meeting<\/strong>&nbsp;at Hotel Karlatornet. Two particularly appreciated lectures were on the schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201dMismanagement in the workplace\u201d<\/em>\u00a0with\u00a0<strong>Susanna Bestelid<\/strong>\u00a0from the Technology Companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201dNew technical developments in electrical machines\u201d<\/em>\u00a0with\u00a0<strong>Yujing Liu<\/strong>\u00a0from Chalmers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ELR would like to extend a big thank you to all members, exhibitors and speakers who contributed to making the meeting a success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
